Project Summary
 
The park-side Co-Creation Hub of the new Jinan Start-Up Area development zone includes highly adaptable business villas as well as a supporting facility cluster.
 
Business villas are set within a lush green landscape seamlessly melting with the surrounding park scape. Natural materials, panoramic, large-scale views and various surprising indoor-outdoor relationships create an inspiring, yet contemplative atmosphere. Functionally, the pavilions can easily be arranged and adapted for business events, conferences, team building and workshop settings including flexible on-site wellness and catering making best use of the natural surroundings. A public cluster along the creek offers F&B and amenities also usable for larger events.
 
Materials and geometry are selected to reduce the embodied as well as operational CO2 footprint and simultaneously create a healthy and harmonious environment.
